The Strawberry Farm

This is where most of the famous Baguio strawberries are grown and picked.
Strawberry farms are located in La Trinidad, although they are often associated with Baguio City.
The farm is spread out over several fields between Km 5 and Km 6. There are numerous stands near the farms selling ripe strawberries that have just been picked.
If you want, you can pick your own strawberries in the fields. The farm is taking care of more than just strawberries.
There are also flowers and a variety of vegetables, such as carrots and onions.

Mt. Kalugong

This is a low mountain that looks out over the La Trinidad Valley. It can be reached from either Tawang or Tabangaoen, a village located in Barangay Balili.
The mountain is known for its diverse range of rock shapes. The area also features tree swings, picnic tables, and simple houses that can be rented at a reasonable price.
You can hike to this cute little spot and have lunch with family and friends.

Mt. Jumbo (also known as Mt. Yangbaw or Jhangbow)

That rock is not even close to this one. Since the area hasn’t been built up yet, there aren’t any picnic tables, houses, or other artificial buildings there.
It’s a great spot to walk. From the top of the mountain, the view of the La Trinidad Valley is lovely and grand.

The Tawang Stone Church

It goes without saying that this church was mostly built from rocks that were found in the area.
You can find the church in Tawang village. The church is high up on a mountainside, away from the main highway, so you’ll have to walk a bit to get there.

The Longlong Communal Forest

In Puguis, La Trinidad, this is a stretch of woods. It also helps keep water in the ground.
You can either walk up or take a cab to get there. A park is a nice spot for lunch or a short walk.
There’s also a small hut there that can be used as a deck with a view. The whole La Trinidad Valley is visible from the deck.
